It’s time for the first fan-art post of the year – with the majority of which have started airing by now. We have a couple of good series airing this season, with at least one show carrying over from last season that I’m still following.
A former target of bullying has reinvented himself, and he’s on a mission. Finding the girl who coldly rejected him, making her fall for him, and then doing the same to her. Whether things are going to go according to plan, remains to be seen.

People might be a little more familiar with the English name for this particular anime – Interviews with Monster Girls. It’s like a cuter version of MonMusu – in other words there’s a lot less fan-service. At least so far – I don’t know if that will change. If you’re a fan of series which feature different monsters, you’ll be familiar with most of the types of monsters appearing in this series. All female, so far.

I have to admit that it took me a little while to get used to the character designs of this series – everybody looks so grim, especially the protagonist. But, on the other hand, this series has a very serious undertone to it, and I have enjoyed it tremendously as it moved into its second half. People have drawn parallels between this series and Your Lie in April, but I find them completely different, especially since romance played a large part in the latter, and there has been none of that in this series. Yet.
